Raven C & C exists to guide individuals and groups into finding their flow, living and working with authenticity, and ensuring their impact matches their effort.

We help to create environments which foster growth, create and sustain momentum, and move beyond performative behaviors into deep lasting transformative change. We offer coaching, trainings and ongoing support for individuals and groups that have been feeling the pain of stuckness from both internal and external obstacles. Our clients find confidence and decisiveness from the support and accountability we provide.

We will work together with you to identify your goals and create a roadmap to attainment so that you can be truly impactful in your work and life.

History of Raven

Raven C&C is the passion project of Amanda Miller. She has crafted Raven into an organization with the mission of proactively creating social change that acts like the rising tide that lifts all boats, but especially those who are relatively disadvantaged by their race, gender, sexuality, religion, ability, ethnicity, etc. She believes both systemic and interpersonal paths to change are needed for the effects to be widespread and affect the lived reality of so many. This guides the offerings of Raven.

Raven offers consulting and coaching for groups that are looking to make systemic and sustained progress in transforming their organizations into inclusive and equitable spaces that foster maximization of potential both collectively and individually. Raven also offers leadership, life, and career coaching for individuals. In both cases, Raven’s coaching is aimed at defining deeply held values and beliefs, naming goals, and creating alignment between the two to create and actualize an authentic vision.
